Our Values
To ensure their widespread acceptance, URS’ values were established by our staff and are not changeable at the discretion by management.

Our Behaviours
URS’ behaviours underpin our values and guide the way we act. They are critical to the success of URS as they define who we are. The behaviours are now an established part of our staff appraisal system and remain an integral part of performance reviews.
